The Dania Beach Municipal Marina, developed by the City of Dania Beach with support from the Broward County Board of Commissioners, is situated across from Dania Beach Ocean Park and the Dania Beach Pier, near Dr. Von D. Mizell-Eula Johnson State Park (formerly John U. Lloyd Beach State Park). Located just minutes south of Fort Lauderdale International Airport and Port Everglades inlet, the marina features a fixed bridge at its entrance with a clearance of 17 feet at high tide and 20 feet at low tide.
All rates are subject to Florida/Broward County sales tax, and monthly electric usage will be metered and billed on your dockage statement. We value your patronage and appreciate your choice of Dania Beach Marina.
Originally known as SeaFair Marina, the facility was part of a dining and entertainment complex built by a private company in the early 1980s and is now home to Sea Tech, the Institute for Ocean and Systems Engineering at Florida Atlantic University. Westrec managed the marina from 2010 to 2023, and it is now operated by Oasis Experiences, the nation’s premier marina management company.

I’ve been in a lot of Marinas the last 30 years..Since Oasis took it over it’s been better than excellent. The dock hands are very attentive with excellent service. The GM Tyler and his management staff are really on point. By far this is the best Marina within 50 miles. Facilities are great. Super clean. Again, I can’t say enough about the staff.

The Oasis team at Dania Beach Marina has been outstanding. In the months since they have been here they have painted, repaired and updated the marina facilities. The dock hands, Thomas, Travis and Ben, have all proved to be very helpful and responsive to any and all requests. They actually work hard, follow through and get things done!
